I’m a bit behind the ball on this post, but I’m excited to announce that my haiku, “Ordinary,” was published on October 15th as part of issue 46 of Eye to the Telescope. The theme of this issue is “Quests,” and the prompt was to write a poem focusing on one part of the Hero’s Journey as outlined by Joseph Campbell. I had a lot of fun with this prompt and wrote a few different poems as part of the exercise. It’s been a while since I’ve written poetry, so I was happy to spend time focused in that direction and even happier to be able to sell something.
